If you keep Baselane for the banking
Baselane’s free Core plan still lists a transaction ledger, bookkeeping by entity and online rent collection, and waives its ACH fee for deposits into a Baselane account. None of that is what changed.
If the only gap is leases, Proppely’s free workspace creates them and collects e-signatures with no monthly limit, with a full audit trail, and keeps the ledger and owner statements beside them. Be clear about what you are not getting: Proppely is not a bank account and does not hold your rent, its free workspace does not collect rent online, and its books run per property or per portfolio rather than per LLC. If bookkeeping by entity is the reason you are on Baselane, Baselane’s free plan lists that and Proppely does not.
