Unified inbox — Connect Gmail
Eligible owners, managers, and agents can optionally connect their own Gmail from /inbox. Proppely reads messages to show them in the unified inbox and sends as you when you compose. We do not delete, label, or modify mail inside Gmail. Teammates cannot open another person’s connected mailbox. Unlink under Settings → Integrations → Email revokes the token and erases Proppely’s copies.
