Imports a folder of leases
Point it at a folder of lease PDFs and it walks the files itself: uploads each PDF, extracts terms, creates properties, tenants, and leases — previewing before it commits.
You stay in control
Money-moving and irreversible actions always stop for your approval — and you approve or reject them right in the sidebar. Actions needing two people say so, and still need a second person.
Metered, not another subscription
AI usage draws on your existing Proppely plan — free daily messages, then prepaid credits. A live meter shows exactly where you stand.
Sign in happens in your browser with your Proppely account — the app never sees your password. AI usage is metered to your workspace.
