Proppely vs Baselane
Baselane’s free Core plan includes a transaction ledger, bookkeeping by entity and online rent collection, and waives the ACH fee for deposits into a Baselane account. Its help center says lease creation and e-signature were sunset for new users on July 31, 2026. Proppely’s free workspace includes leases and e-signatures, and does not collect rent online.
