Stessa’s free Essentials plan includes bank feeds, a tenant ledger, maintenance tracking and online rent collection. Lease templates start on Manage, $15 a month billed monthly, which includes one e-signature a month. Proppely’s free workspace includes e-signatures with no monthly limit, and does not collect rent online.
